Accidental Poet

I don’t do stanza’s,

I try to rhyme,

I cannot Haiku,

And my sonnet

Is

 out

of

line.

I write poetry,

Or is that prose?

Do I write Cinquain?

Goodness knows!

This is not an elegy,

Nor is it a Lay.

It is merely a few words,

I scribbled down today.
